@gemlog Yeah,it's difficult for me to believe the economics works. Heat, decaying orbits, ongoing launches, etc. But I've felt the same way with regard to satellite internet providers vs fiber optic installation and other terrestrial approaches, but I've had people arguing with me who are convinced it makes economic sense. Well, of course, any of this can make economic sense if we ignore certain externalities and don't want democratic influence on infrastructure. Anyway... :/
