1/2 - Auto-Publish TrueFans Activity to aid discovery.
One of the best ways to discover new podcasts is 'word of mouth' i.e recommendations from friends. TrueFans wants to automate this process.
TrueFans uses 30 different activity verbs to track fan behaviour. e.g become a fan, like, comment, play etc. We also use verbs to help identify 'SuperFans' by applying points to each activity verb. e.g gamification - badges, leaderboards and superfans.
2/2 - Fans can choose to auto-publish their TrueFans activity to any social media platform. Fans 'firstly' Connect (OAuth) each of their social media accounts and 'secondly' choose which activity verb TrueFans should auto-publish.
TrueFans can also post how long you played a podcast. We will post your time listened and the percent completed. However we also have a 'play percentage' slider that determines the percent completed before we auto-publish your play activity.
3/3 - Our next big feature, coming soon, will be to use AI to grab 5 clips from the audio and/or video for podcasters and add the clips to the Podcasting 2.0 soundbite tag, as well as auto publishing those clips to the podcasters social media.
'Upload Once Publish Everywhere' is our goal. Today TrueFans hosting can publish both audio and video podcasts to Podcast Index, Apple, Spotify, YouTube etc.
Auto-Publishing clips to social media for discovery is our next goal.
