Gonna open up this Homdox water pump that we use to increase pressure and volume in the water line that goes to our fireplace (it's at the same level as the top of the water tank, so can take 45 minutes to an hour to fill a 55 gal barrel without the pump assist)
Won't turn on. Probably just a capacitor. But WTF kind of screw is this?!?
@exador23 my fave part about those screws is that while they clearly indicate "this is a security screw that requires a special tool" they usually accept a thinner flat head just fine, off-center. Maybe that was the design intention, even.
it's some bullshit on a freaking water pump housing. Destroyed one of my screwdrivers, but finally got it open. thanks for the tip.
