Of course, ballots don't HAVE to be delivered by USPS. I suspect a number of states are already working on this ...

@lauren Not all of Ohio’s are. There’s already the in-hospital absentees provision where designated bipartisan poll worker teams will take a ballot to you in the hospital to vote if you’re stuck in the ER. We’d need higher staffing levels and more “rover” spots filled but there are indeed ways.
