Looking for tiny ways to resist a major expansion of fascism this past week, as the US government declared the volunteer-run anarchist collective Autistici/Inventati a "global terrorist organization" without any trial or judicial process and the cowards at PIR.org took down one of their domain names (autistici.org) almost immediately, and then their Italian bank Banca Etica shut down their account and seized their money, with all of that they will not be maintaining noblogs and other services for long: https://inventati.org
Does anybody know of a mirror being up for git.autistici.org yet?
Is there a browser extension to help people get to online copies or ongoing versions of censored projects?
One thing we can all do is support Palestinian liberation— there are many reasons for fascists to go after anybody left of Attila the Hun, and they certainly seek to disrupt anarchists and others working toward a world where we are all truly liberated and have "justice for all", but Autistici/Inventati's hosting groups supporting Palestine was likely the prime motivation of the US government's attack. Some groups and media outlets you could connect with before they lose their NoBlogs hosting:
https://anarchists4palestine.noblogs.org/
https://queercoalitionforpalestine.noblogs.org/
https://queersinpalestine.noblogs.org/
https://abolitionmedia.noblogs.org/
https://thefinalstrawradio.noblogs.org/
(let them know there are nerds on the fediverse who want to help!)
If the site were available everyone could create a mirror on github, gitlab, or anything else.
Currently it seems completely down though.
@DavidBruchmann Yes, sorry i was not clear. That went down on August 28 (when PIR took down the autistici.org domain), which is why i am asking if somebody has found a mirror that somebody who had access to the code (or knows another way to get to the hosting, as it is only the domain name that went down).
You can try to contact inventati.org, that they switch the ssl certificat to inventati.org, then the site should be available on https://git.inventati.org.
You might be able with an older browser, with cUrl or somehow else to access the site, but you've to provide login credentials then.
