Yesterday was interesting.
We had to get back in the swing of boiling water and avoiding the dirtying of dishes because it's a pain to wash them.
We ended up having peanut butter and jam sandwiches for my birthday dinner. After the water is sorted we will reschedule our family get together.
Summer and I decided to skip our beach adventure this morning as a holiday weekend usually brings out more people and dogs than we want to encounter.
I got up early and boiled gallons of water, added a touch of bleach, so we could be prepared to cook a decent breakfast and clean up.
Blueberry pancakes for us and prescription food for Summer with chicken and rice added.
Summer definitely seems to be feeling well again.
I am so thankful that we have a huge supply of bottled water. We will need it over the next ten days or so.
