@apps they’re screwy that way, I think I couldn’t remove apps without updating them first which is just stupid. I ended up deleting my main google account to get rid of everything and they gave me one of those “sorry you feel that way” responses

Deletion for DevAcc with App is OK,
Deletion for DevAcc with compliance volition isnt.
And Deletion WITHOUT an app is also not OK?

I managed to delete my old dev account by suggesting that they have to under the GDPR. It took a couple of months but they did it, and I also received a refund.
