There's a big change in latest Expert LSP nightly for people using it on bigger projects. For historical reasons, Expert did a full project recompilation (mix compile --force) on every start. This was no longer needed and now is gone.

I tested it on our large-ish codebase (1.8M LoC) and quite obviously it works wonders with the startup time.
