Katie Taylor is considered one of Ireland's greatest sportspersons of all time. She took up boxing at the age of 12 and went on to become the first-ever Olympic women's boxing champion in 2012. Since turning professional, Katie has become the undisputed world lightweight champion, holding all four major world title belts simultaneously.
