The school where I work has been torturing us in faculty meetings and itself as an institution to come up with the perfect "AI policy" and I'm being a little grouchy about it but I'm glad they are making the effort and I wanted to share one idea that made it into the policy that I really like:

Along with strict rules that machine generated content, if ever used at all must be clearly identified faculty members are advised they must discuss any such content with another faculty member before using it.
For example if someone used an LLM to make up a bunch of extra sentence translation practice problems based on an existing list they'd need to show it to another language teacher and discuss it before using it.
