Minor point of feedback: I've been noticing it slightly confuses me for a moment when you put "Original title" in that context, because to me, that phrasing signals that the title had since been changed to a different one, and that doesn't seem to be what you mean? If it just means "here is the source where I got the quote", I would probably say "Article title".
