why is everything like this

This video cannot be previewed

Trying to close a chunky “THIS PAGE USES COOKIES” banner, but a useless Spotify widget keeps popping up from below it to obscure the “CLOSE” button. In the end I find there’s about a 2px clickable strip of the button and manage to click it. For the curious: the site is https://www.daliastasevska.com
