إلى جميع العائلات التي تم التحقق من حساباتها، والراغبين في التسجيل لجلسة التحقق، نرجو منكم قراءة واتباع القواعد المذكورة على موقعنا الإلكتروني والتي نناقشها خلال جلسات التحقق:
١. أن تكون فلسطينيًا في غزة أو فلسطينيًا من غزة.
٢. أن يكون لديك حساب واحد فقط على منصة ماستودون.
٣. أن يعكس ملفك الشخصي بدقة مكان إقامتك أنت وعائلتك (في غزة، في مصر، إلخ). لا بأس أن تكون من غزة وتقيم في مصر، على سبيل المثال، ولكن لا يجوز ذكر أنك تقيم في غزة وأنت تقيم في مصر.
٤. لا ترسل رسائل آلية أو منسوخة (أي لا تُظهر سلوكًا يشبه سلوك برامج الروبوت).
٥. لا ترسل يدويًا عددًا كبيرًا من الرسائل العامة المتشابهة مع الإشارة إلى أشخاص مختلفين، أو تطلب تبرعات عبر الرسائل الخاصة (أي لا تُظهر سلوكًا يشبه الرسائل المزعجة).
هذه القواعد ليست لتقييدك أو معاقبتك أو إسكاتك، بل لحماية حسابك من الإبلاغ عنه أو تعليقه بسبب سلوكيات تُشبه الرسائل المزعجة، ولحماية مجتمع المتبرعين والداعمين من كثرة الطلبات التي تفوق قدرتهم على تلبيتها.
نتفهم صعوبة الظروف، ونعلم أنك تبذل قصارى جهدك لتوفير الدعم اللازم لعائلاتك. لم يكن ينبغي أن تصل إلى هذه الحالة أصلًا. نحن هنا لدعمك قدر استطاعتنا، ونحتاج أيضًا إلى التعاون والاحترام المتبادل داخل المجتمع.

To all families already verified, and those looking to sign up for a verification call, we kindly ask that you carefully read and follow the rules as stated on our website and discussed during verification calls:
1. You are a Palestinian in Gaza or you are a Palestinian from Gaza.
2. You have one (and only one) Mastodon account.
3. Your profile accurately represents where you and your family live (in Gaza, in Egypt, etc.) It is acceptable if you are from Gaza but live in Egypt, for example, but it is not acceptable to state that you live in Gaza when you live in Egypt.
4. You do not send automated/scripted messages (i.e., exhibit bot-like behaviour).
5. You do not manually send lots of similar public messages tagging different people or ask for donations through private messages (i.e., exhibit spam-like behavior).
These rules are not in place to restrict, punish or silence you, but rather to protect your account from being reported/suspended due to spam-like behavior, and to protect the community of donors and supporters from being repeatedly inundated with requests that are beyond their ability to fulfill.
We understand the circumstances are dire, and you’re doing everything you can to get lifesaving support for your families. You never should have been put in this position in the first place. We are here to support you as best we can, and we also need cooperation and mutual respect within the community.
