Black Threads is now an official community. But, Meta *allowed* them to have it. Meta *owns* the community.

When Black Threads wants a feature, they have to ask Meta and hope for the best. Meta won't build it unless other communities need it, too.
That's not true here. When @blackskyweb.xyz@bsky.brid.gy needed community-only posts, they didn't have to ask anyone. They just built it bc the community needed it.
