@Edent the Nintendo DS browser required a memory expansion cartridge you put in the slot normally used for old Game Boy cartridges.
@Edent The Sega Dreamcast web browser could download save files from websites! They later released a version 2.0 on a separate disc since there was no way to do software updates.

@Edent I didn’t actually use this device, but I took the picture of it so I know it existed and was (ostensibly) serviced.

I just thought of a Nintendo 3DS off the top of my head. I also used to have an OGO from Swisscom, but I don't know if it had a web browser. 🤔 It probably did, but email was definitely free.

@Edent Probably the Nintendo Wii or DSi. Both were hacky, requiring homebrew or a custom DNS server to open it.
@Edent sadly it's only a 3DS. I'd like to say Smart Fridge or Japanese Toilet Cistern but I can't. PSP probably counts just for the awful UI
