54 people, including 3 children, embarked the Louise Michel yesterday evening.

Our crew found an overcrowded, unseaworthy metal boat in distress. The people on it had no life-saving equipment and insufficient fuel and food.

Following first aid and the distribution of basics like food and blankets, the Louise Michel is now en route to its designated port of safety, Valentia.
