you and your opponent sit opposite of each other at a small table and each pour a hot cup of black tea. as the crowd presses in around you, you each take a biscuit in hand, for instance a madeleine, and you stare her in the eye. on three, you dunk your biscuit in the tea and wait as long as you dare. she suddenly cracks and pulls her madeleine up but it collapses into the bottom of her cup. you slowly, slowly withdraw yours and place it into your mouth intact and the crowd cheers!
