This is little practical difference between a cis girl who is raised to hate herself because she is told she is evil, sinful, inferior, and ultimately useful only for sex and procreation and a trans girl who is raised to hate herself because she is told she is wrong, sick, mentally ill, unlovable, and ultimately useful for nothing. The religious and misogynistic attacks on their self are very similar.
