I'm listening to the book now. In just one chapter, Hitler wants a fund to pay his insurgents, tries to rewrite election law, fires justice officials disloyal to him, & threatens to jail opponents. The author needn't point out the obvious parallels to today, except to the fascism-blind #BrokenTimes.
