The Harry Potter Owl Post Experience was a promotional fan event delivered in partnership with HBO Max to celebrate letter writing and provide an engaging experience for Harry Potter fans. We apologise if the activation has left you disappointed. We understand your concerns and your feedback has been heard and shared with the relevant teams. As a result, the partnership has now ended.
