I really enjoy how coherent OpenBSD feels. Linux used to feel this way to me.
Nearly all the configuration files are exactly where you'd expect them, in /etc.
Specific to my situation, I'm running i386 OpenBSD on an old Thinkpad right now, so it's Dillo and Netsurf for me, which renders vast swaths of the Web unusable. The manpages have really been coming in handy!
