I’ve been playing music in bars around Seattle since the 1990s, and back then it cost $10 to get in, now it cost $12 for the same small bars to see a band. Nothing - no commercial product at all — has resisted inflation like this other than weed, and live music was never illegal. Pay for local music folks! This should be $20 minimum at this point, inflation since 1998 Would be $33. It’s outrageous. Out-fricken-rageous.
