Two months of sabbatical starts now. This is my second paid sabbatical from the Wikimedia Foundation, and it really is an amazing benefit. I’m planning to spend a healthy amount of my time away doing things to strengthen our union so that hopefully many more WMF workers make it to their 8, 12, 16, and 20 year anniversaries and earn their sabbaticals. #unionneeded
