1Password users, stop wasting all your energy posting on social media about them sponsoring Omarchy and *contact support*. No one cares about the number of @'s the corporate handle is getting. Support tickets roll up into actionable metrics.
You can email support@1password.com. You will probably get an AI response and need to request to be escalated to a human.
I just had a back-and-forth with customer support about the cancellation of my #1Password account because of the #Omarchy donation and... I just realized I was speaking to an AI assistant.

Modern ticketing systems have spam boxes with automated replies to manage public outcry.
You have to speak their language, and money is all they understand. So long as you're willing to provide them with money, everything else is white noise, and all your feelings, values, morals, and ethics are worthless.
When a corporation claims to have heard the public outcry, what they really mean is that it was finally negatively impacting their profits, not that they heard your voices. You have to speak their language and they speak with money.
@Zelda If you do not explain why you are canceling, it will be attributed to regular churn.
