Folks in my hometown area along Lake Ontario are having fits on Facebook about Google Maps relabeling the lake. I remind them, “if Google Maps is willing to relabel Lake Ontario to make the government happy, just imagine what they’d do with all that data they’ve grabbed from you to make the government happy”.
