Something that bothers me about weather forecasts is how they communicate precipitation is going to happen

100% probability of rain tomorrow means it will certainly rain tomorrow but it doesn’t mean it will rain 100% of tomorrow, it may be the quickest 1min shower

I want to know how much of my day will be impacted by precipitation, if they could say that instead, it would be a lot more useful
