I Just got the Nokia TTS addon for NVDA, and it is quite interesting. I knew that it was quite multilingual, but I did not expect languages like Icelandic, Basque, and even Tagalog to be supported, nor did I expect for all languages to have both a male and a female voice! So, not only are standalone emulators becoming obsolete, but also getting physical devices just for the TTS engine as well! 12 years ago, I did exactly that with a Nokia N95 which had this formant TTS on it, basically thinking at the time that any mispronunciation was the funniest thing ever, now not even having any reaction when hearing the quirks of Nokia TTS. I wouldn't want to use it as a daily synth, Nokia TTS is more of a novelty/preservation type synthesizer.
