If you compare the size of the butter knife blade to the scone, you'd realise that this scone is almost the entire length of the blade part. It's also towering, golden with a big glob of melted cheese on top. If you were someone into mountaineering, you would look at this scone and consider it to be for advanced climbers only. This scone could house a family of ten dormice inside it if they hollowed it out--dormice housing capacity of course being the appropriate measurement for cheese scones. The butter, while actually quite a lot, looks diminished next to this beast. The table the scone's white plate is sitting on is unvarnished and looks like it'd feel a little rough to touch. Think wood that's seen a lot of people sitting here, accidentally spilling their tea and coffee, a lot of wipe downs and you get the idea. The butter knife really does look somewhat inadequate and maybe a bit apologetic. Any tool that's going to tackle a scone this size really needs to have teeth, an engine and should roar when started.
