@MakersHour #MakersHour A5: haven't really had the spoons for answers this week, but I gotta recommend Knitting Comfortably, a book about the ergonomics of knitting (and to a lesser extent crochet, but it's a very similar problem) that has helped me avoid a lot of pain over the years.

A5 "On Divers Arts" by Theophilus. A really interesting read with info on how all sorts of stuff was made in the medieval period. Highly recommend.
