I don’t generally yell at people using AI, but if you have any power over the hiring process at your company and you are asking candidates to talk to an AI screener, you are a creep, and thoroughly unqualified to make any decisions about hiring.

@maxleibman I've been considering a new method for hiring qualifications. It's based on how you park your car. I'm not talking about the stress of parallel parking, it's more about being considerate of others and the flow of traffic. Are you the type of person that swallows up two parking spots because you think you deserve it? If so, you're probably going to take more than give. Gonna just be in the store for a minute, so it's probably OK just to double park with your hazards on? This might be a sign that you're not gonna work well on a team. Like captcha for human applicants.
@MamaLake @maxleibman I arrive at the interview by bike, which is a sign that I will insist in doing everything in the job in the slower and more inconvenient but more ethical way and annoy everyone in doing so....oh shit
