Are there any accessible VS Code extensions for spellchecking text documents? I'm specifically wondering if anything does/can turn on inline speaking of misspelled words, as found in browsers, in Electron. Failing that, any inline accessible representation will do.

I've tried a few of these in the past and none worked, at least not directly. I think spelling corrections may have been surfaced as quickfixes, but nothing let me arrow through a block of Markdown and hear whether a word was misspelled without taking other action to check each possibility.
