It argues X abandoned the Twitter name, “tweet” trademark and bird logo.

A judge tentatively agreed on some claims, but hasn’t issued a written ruling.

The new network has hundreds of users and includes replies and retweets.

The twist: every “tweet” gets automatically fact-checked by a Gemini-powered AI tool.
