Over the last month or so... I've gone from 'how could they hire some one who plagiarised their work.... to how could the media have gone on such an obvious racist witch hunt for a man because of some accusations of plagiarism... To... oh... it was designed to be a racist witch hunt by a zionist right wing extremist who wasn't even qualified for their own post, let alone to comment on the accuracy of others.
This is how the media twists the narrative... how it can take weeks to get down through the dirt and bias.
But by then the damage is done... and no matter if the allegations have any grain of truth to them... the hounding of Jason Arday will be remembered for what it really was... a direct attack on his character by fascist, racist loving white supremacists who couldn't stand the fact that a black man had achieved a high position of academia and influence... that led directly to his death. They didn't pull the trigger, but they loaded the gun, handed it to him and kept chanting 'pull the trigger'
It makes me sick... but it also makes me ashamed that I ever thought any of the accusations held merit.
