@AnarchoNinaWrites seriously, this organization is not showing up when I search for it, the article provides no link or citation, and the person they cited shows up with like... social media profiles for someone working in the oil industry, and articles all citing this same 'analysis' that none of them seem to link to.
Does this assessment/organization exist, or is it just made up to sound like a Legitimate Organization? Or did they just translate an arabic name and not give the actual name?

I have noticed Wintour precisely three times this entire war, and every single time my "wait, is this guy working for the US government" radar went off.
So I'm not surprised he's quoting a fake think tank.
@AnarchoNinaWrites Yeah, it would not be surprising if it's fake, it just caught me as a suspicious organization name, because... I've never heard of it, but the name looks "close enough" to the World Economic Forum that I could see it being easily-misread or some bullshit from the slop bots.
