seriously, this is just a legal bribery so Meta/Facebook and Zuckerberg won't have to actually reveal under oath all the criminal shit they get away with; thanks to the United States lack of regulation of websites claiming to have billions of users.

criminalize using websites as a front for stalkerware and send Zuck to the slammer.
