As someone that used to ride miles & miles...
Anyone in the U.S. cycling on the road (bike path or edge of road) - I feel fits into that category.
Too many people get run over - here.
A few years back, in this county - 5 killed, several injured - in one late afternoon riding group. But a pill-popping drunk.
Cyclists cannot win - ☹️
