Has anyone figured out a clean solution to this MacBook problem?

1. Can't use clamshell mode easily with Lockdown Mode enabled, as plugging in USB/Thunderbolt devices needs approval on-device

2. Can't leave the lid open and use only external displays since macOS won't let you disable the internal display at all (seriously wtf Apple? )

Edited for clarity - I just want a clean way to dock it without disabling Lockdown Mode basically
