What the hell are manhole cover cards? I'M GLAD YOU ASKED
They are collectable cards for all the different manhole cover designs around Japan. They are free, and often at small local stops (the ones in Fujisawa are at Fujisawa-shuku and the ukiyoe museum, for example) and are a promotion by the Japanese sewage works. They're very cool lmao, I love them
