"We have enough parking for one entire family!" sounds like a weird flex (for a family facility) until you realize that this is 3x the micromobility parking afforded by most facilities. It also amounts to about 3/4ths of the space used by the single pickup truck in the background. Which could fit an entire family if used for such, but most often is not.
This is just an uneventful weekday. During family events the bikes are just strewn all over this area with no place to lock up.
