So we have a "main" math teacher and then a mainly SpEd teacher who at least attempts to co-teach around her individualized schedule

And I'm supposed to assist in the math classroom, but also there's a lot of flex as we figure out what my role will look like this year

And I know we all want more help for the students, but it is day 2 and the SpEd teacher just came in to talk with only the math teacher and my anxiety about getting pushed out spiked so hard

Even though i have no reason to believe that is a legitimate concern! We've all been cooperative during meetings and stuff so far, and SpEd teach and I got along last year. So brain why???
