"If Trump is now ripping up our trade agreements and attacking us, we should be looking at a full rollback of the CUSMA digital chapter. It’s time to reclaim the policy space we gave up, like the ability to decide when sensitive Canadian data must remain under Canadian jurisdiction or using public procurement to build domestic cloud and software capacity."
