So... I would love for everyone involved in discussing source code licensing to know that "open source" has been closely defined by a fair number of people who won't accept that it means anything else. The same goes for "free software".
Reasonable people accept that language is fluid and ever-changing but still I would love some care from people who don't want the strict definition people to divert every ding dang conversation.
