tbh someone needs to write a “if your company can trivially afford to not rely on my unpaid labour then you can’t use this” open source hardware license

is this workable? maybe not, but I’m really tired of the only options being
“let huge companies use your work for free, even if they do evil stuff with it”
or “prevent everyone, even other people struggling to exist under capitalism from making money with this”
“realistically no large company uses tiny open source hardware projects”
I have been involved in subcontracted hardware projects for multiple fortune 500 companies with >$250k project budgets that relied on open source hw with fewer than 20 stars on github, just because it’s not in-house doesn’t mean they don’t do it.
