I need help. The facility my partner checked into voluntarily will not let her leave. The facility is doing next to nothing for addressing her mental health, they are not feeding her according to her dietary needs, and she is miserable in the setting. She has a roommate and she can't sleep in a room with strangers, so she's also very sleep deprived.

I dont have time to fuck around, so I'm going to contact an attorney in the morning.

Here's where I need help: I dont even know what kind of attorney to look into, nor what other paths I might have available to me.
