If you're like me and running out of Codex usage for the week, don't sleep on using the ChatGPT website, which is a separate usage bucket, unlike Claude. In addition to using it to plan out projects, it can actually do a pretty decent job at looking at your repo and doing commits to Github. It doesn't have access to as many tools as your command-line, but is surprisingly versatile and can implement entire features from start to finish. You'll need to link your Github account to ChatGPT if you haven't already.
