There's a way for me to notice "hey, a lot of stuff just got uploaded to the Archive, in a place that doesn't usually see a lot of stuff uploaded". Sometimes it's spammers, sometimes it's other things.
This time, it turns out someone has been mirroring the entire open academic output of the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute (TARI). They're at nearly 10,000 papers and counting!
