Why is it that when you post a photo of the way things are in people friendly towns or cities in Europe, there is always a North American who pops up and says that it isn't possible for people with "disabilities" to live there?

As if people with disabilities can only live in miserable car-centric place?

People friendly place are better for everyone, by being people-friendly instead of car friendly...
