Ye gods. The thundering hoard of tourists with poor train and luggage etiquette that got in at Köln Hbf is causing all sorts of chaos. Most of them don't have seat reservations. So are grabbing seats only to be evicted when another passenger with a reservation kicks them out a few minutes later. It's been going on for 15 mins now...
