52 minutes after sunset. It’s all about the blues. And the moon. View over a calm lake. Along the horizon a gentle yellow sunset is still visible, but the colors quickly transition to teal, dark blue, and purplish blue. All the blues. The colors are reflected on the barely undulating lake surface which almost looks like ice but it is still hot outside. There are dark clouds on the upper right. The star of the show is a bright moon partially hidden behind small clouds which are illuminated by the moon in a mysterious way. The moonlight is also reflected in a pattern of dots on the lake surface towards your eye. In this way the hidden sun still finds its way to you by bouncing off our moon and the water. On the distant shore small lights are visible through the trees with silhouetted sand dunes as the back drop.
