Anyone come across a fedi project (client or server) that lets users set custom CSS for any account they follow?

I wanna add flashy colors and borders to my besties to highlight their posts in my feed!
@wafrn.net kind of does the opposite b/c it gives you an option to load custom css some set for their own profile
it would be neat if this was described as an Activity (sorry is that the right term?)
@jackvalinsky.com yeah I love that function on wafrn. But yes the opposite direction. I want to make OTHERS look crazy FOR myself
I guess I could just do it on the web using CSS selectors but would be nice to have a slick interface to do it with
